Arrival and Departure Policies

• Check-in Time: Between 2 PM and 9 PM
• Check-out Time: Before 12 PM (Ready-to-Camp: 11 AM)

Certain sites can only be booked by phone at 819-562-6421:

• Waterfront sites (#33A, #36, #37, #38, #39, #45, #47, #68)
• Group sites (S-1 & S-2)
• All one-night stays
• All ready-to-camp accommodations

• To ensure proper maintenance of the premises, it’s important to adhere to the arrival and departure times. Early arrivals and late departures will incur additional fees.
• Prices listed are for 2 adults and 3 children. Additional persons will incur extra fees.

• Only one recreational unit (RV, trailer, tent trailer, Westfalia, etc.) is permitted per site. An additional tent may be set up for a fee (see *rates and call for this addition).

Site Policies:

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for weekends with holidays (Victoria Day, Quebec National Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving).
• Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 per site ($). They must be kept on a leash at all times. *Pit bulls (purebreds or mixes) and aggressive breeds are not permitted.

Ready-to-Camp Policies:

• A minimum rental of 2 nights is required for all ready-to-camp accommodations. The fully equipped chalet has a minimum stay of 5 nights.
• All ready-to-camp units are non-smoking.
• One pet (maximum 1) is allowed only in the following ready-to-camp units: Cabin 1 and Adventure Yurt ($).
• Damages, theft, and lack of cleanliness will incur additional fees.

• In case of cancellation, payments are non-refundable.
• Payments can be transferred to a new reservation within the same season if we are notified of the change at least 3 days before your arrival date. (Notice must be given by noon.)
• A no-show will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation by 10 AM the day after the scheduled arrival date.
• Exception: One-night stays must be booked by phone and paid in full at the time of reservation. These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Please note that for holiday weekends in 2024, the bill must be paid 7 days prior to arrival, with no refunds or transfers allowed. We will contact you to arrange payment.

ATTENTION: Once your stay has begun, no refunds will be issued (except for the satisfaction guarantee applied within 30 minutes of arrival).

Online: $2 + tax
By Phone: No fees

• For online reservations, a payment of 75% of the stay is required at the time of booking.
